VICTORY

These are not my kids
but when I saw this photo on Pinterest
man oh man it tugged at my heart
 because
it was my sweet moment...often...

 all these years later
 today
we celebrate
VICTORY

what I thought was hard
fevers, stitches, broken bones...well..that was hard..but they made it through all the way to
much harder and challenging issues than we ever thought possible
the kinds of things that make a mother bend to the floor

but today
we celebrate
VICTORY
personal growth in career and relationships and self awareness

these are not my  kids
but when I saw this photo in a magazine
it looks so much like a sweet moment of mine
that I framed it and it sits on my desk

to remind me
that failure is not really failure
it is simply a more difficult path
to
VICTORY

Have a blessed day Gina~

Every once in a while, I miss those days. The kids running around, swimming in the pool, family dinners and nights doing homework. Victory indeed!

That is a great quote. I believe victory does not usually come easy. There are many obstacles one must overcome before the well done finish line. Have a happy week.

That is one fabulous end quote,Gina. Failure is a more difficult path to victory...AMEN. And it is bound to happen to all of us because we are human. Oh the beauty in that...and thank you kindly for coming to visit me. I will continue to post AND visit! How could I not! I am however, very sick at the moment with vertigo and can't drive to work, so I'm home now. Bless you dear Gina! Enjoy your day, Anita

Lindos. Os filhos são nossa maior riqueza, por eles fazemos tudo. Tenho duas lindas crianças que cresceram e já estão indo fazer a vida. Mas sei que sempre voltarão.
Bjos e tenha um ótimo dia.
