THE ART OF THE PATIO PILLOW

We have only enjoyed 2 summers here at 822...

not to say that we didn't enjoy the renovations, 

because there was always cause for celebration to complete some project here

but it was nice this spring to browse the favored Pottery Barn catalog to 

choose a summer theme and not a concrete color!

loving sea creatures like I do...

...have I mentioned that I love Hobby Lobby?...

....and 6th Street in Amarillo....

sea creatures became the theme for the summer

you will notice a few Hobby Lobby ready made pillow covers

and these are napkins from World Market...so easy to stitch for a 

colorful pillow with a very nice price tag!

World Market is my vacation home

 throw them all together

with a few of last year Wal-mart pillows

and you've got yourself a happy place to sip a sweet tea in the hot summer time!
