Today is like any other day
I hold a bouquet in my hands
fragrant beautiful real
it contains
One very perky daisy
one tall stoic snap dragon
and
one melancholy rose looking at its reflection in the table top
on any given day
the flowers become others and others become the flowers
I love the bouquet and wish so deeply that they could all be
happy perky daisies every single day
but life is
real
beautiful
and fragrant
and a mixed bouquet of flowers in all seasons of bloom
pura vida
