TINY FAITH

Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Matthew 6:26

When I looked out our frozen window to see how much snow there was, the first thing I saw was was a tiny little bird perched on a frozen twig...they, the bird and the twig, were swaying in the wind.

The ground is white but a few random grasses can be seen.
Seeds that have made it through the summer to offer a meager meal on this day.

But just below the surface is a mediocre meal of seeds not eaten and some bread left over from a warmer day.  It won't be the most delicious thing to eat, but it is there still.

And then...today...due to the storm....

abundance

Peanut butter, oranges, sunflower seeds and raw peanuts scattered about the yard

meager
mediocre
abundance

The birds never worry...they trust they will be cared for....they eat what is provided

why can't we?
