FRESH ASPARAGUS

Straight from friend Bill's garden
(I have to eat at least one or two raw)

lots of coarse sea salt

with some fine olive oil


Serve with a cold glass of Muldersbosch

Oh, that looks good! I planted asparagus this year. Only have to wait three more and I'll have some to harvest!
