Proudly and beautifully. Those generational photographs come to mean the world when one portion of the whole is absent. I have one of my mother, myself, my daughter and my two granddaughters which was taken in Amarillo during a decidedly dysfunctional visit. I've always said I would pay a nickle to do that one over again nor would I take a million dollars for the one I have.

I would NOT pay a nickle. Honestly nothing I've typed today has been correct.

I'm glad your family was recognized this way. Parades just bring out the best in everyone. From what I can see, you're a lovely bevy of women (even that little one!).

Hello Gina:
What great fun this looks to have been and how wonderful to maintain traditions in this way.
